By accessing allrummybestlist.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
These terms apply to all visitors, including casual readers, researchers, and representatives of app brands who contact us about listings.

About our service
All Rummy Best List is an independent editorial directory. We publish comparison notes, perk framing, withdrawal cues, and route-check guidance for rummy and related apps commonly advertised to India readers.
We explicitly do not:
- Operate games, tables, or wallets
- Accept deposits or pay withdrawals on behalf of any operator
- Host APK files, sideload bundles, or cracked installers
- Guarantee winnings, bonus approval, or payout speed
Outbound buttons may show under review when we cannot verify an install or signup route. That state is intentional—it is not an invitation to request unofficial mirrors from us.
Eligibility
The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over in jurisdictions where accessing rummy information and real-money play is lawful. You are responsible for confirming local rules before you register with any third-party operator.
Licence to use the site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view our pages for personal, non-commercial information purposes, subject to these terms.
Unless we give written permission, you may not:

Operators change bonuses, KYC steps, and withdrawal rules without notice. Always verify live terms on the operator site before you deposit.

Outbound links and vacant routes
Many listings include outbound links to operator domains or app stores. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for:
- Login failures, geo-blocks, or account bans
- Malware distributed through unofficial channels
- Disputes over deposits, bonuses, or chargebacks

Intellectual property
Site branding, layout, editorial text, and original graphics are owned by All Rummy Best List or used under licence. App icons and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and commentary.
You may quote short excerpts with a clear link back to the source page. Republication of full app reviews or bulk data exports requires our prior written consent.
User communications
When you email us, you agree that:
- You will not send unlawful, harassing, or malware-laden content
- You have authority to share any brand materials you provide
- We may use your factual corrections to update public pages without owing you compensation
We are not obligated to publish every app request or to rank any brand in a particular tab position.
Prohibited use
You must not use the site to:
- Circumvent age, geo, or KYC restrictions on operator platforms
- Promote illegal gambling where prohibited
- Distribute phishing links impersonating our domain
- Attack our infrastructure or other readers’ browsers
We may block abusive IPs or report serious abuse to relevant providers.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing on the site creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and us, or between us and any listed operator.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, All Rummy Best List and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Reliance on outdated perk or withdrawal copy
- Broken or redirected outbound links
- Losses on third-party apps or payment disputes
- Site downtime, data loss, or security incidents beyond our reasonable control
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of (a) INR 1,000 or (b) the amount you paid us to use the site—which is zero for typical readers.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your dispute with a third-party operator—except where caused by our intentional misconduct.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved informally, except where mandatory consumer protections in your state provide otherwise.

Changes
We may update these terms when our publishing model, linking policy, or legal obligations change. The revised updatedDate will appear in page metadata. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
